If you dont want to wait you can do the following but keep in mind If you have DLC pack 13 and downgrade you wont be able to use it. Wait for the XV2 patcher to be updated to work with the current version (1.17) of the game.

Super high quality mods that make legit game skills look like crap so check out his Random Skill pack 1 and 2 and his Super Skill pack 1. Id recommend getting mods from a modder named Unleashed he also has a youtube channel that show cases his mods if you want to see them first. Once you have the game good to go for modding the next thing youll need is some mods. You will also have access to the legendary pack 2 content if you have it once again. Ive always had to do that because the mods just cause infinite loading screen after you select which character to login to and sometimes youll get as far as which character to use in PQ's but once you start to use mod skills the animations stop working and so do most of the skills in general. Youll most likely need to clear the mod installation which can be done from the mod installer program and then reinstall the mods.

When the Xv2 patcher gets updated to work with 1.17 all you need to do download the updated patcher and install it the same way, tell it to replace all the files. Its literally download, unzip, open the folder then drag the BIN folder and the XV patcher folder and drop it into the games main folder. Read everything, dont just skim through it because it tells you everything you need to know and how to do it. Keep in mind when the patcher does get updated this is where you will find it as well. This is for the game version 1.16 it will not work with the current version 1.17 so you will have to downgrade before anything else. This is where you find the Xv2 Patcher 3.6 and the XV2 mod installer.

The XV2 patcher and XV2INS are required no matter if you choose to wait for the patcher to update or to downgrade. You only need net 5.0 and depotdownloader if you choose to downgrade instead of waiting for the patcher to update. If you really want to downgrade below will show you how.įirst of all It requires you to have a few things, Net 5.0, Depotdownloader, The Batch file, XV2 Patcher, Xv2 mod installer. If you have a save from 1.16 or prior it should work though, not 100% sure but i cant see any reason why a save from 1.16 wouldnt work in the downgrade. Ive tried to use the 1.17 save on the downgrade but it will say the data is corrupted and will force you to start over completely brand new. Any Save data you have cant be used when you downgrade. It will still be installed on your system and youll still have the DLC but the DLC13 Legendary Pack 2 wasnt around until the current 1.17 version.
